Returns + Exchanges

Should you have an item you wish to send back please send your item/s back to the address listed below.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to contact us via email on hello@zenmini.co.uk to inform us of your return and to then have the parcel shipped back within this time frame. 

Please ensure all garments are returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached and in original packaging upon return. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed inside stating your order number.

Zen Mini do not cover the return postage costs. Return postage costs will be at the buyer’s expense. 

We recommend that you use a service that allows you to track the item and ensure you take note of the tracking number.

Zen Mini are in no way liable/ responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.

Once your item has been received it will be processed and a refund will be credited to your account. You will also receive an order refund email of confirmation.

Please allow 72 hours for a reply within normal business hours. Zen Mini is closed on Mondays and Thursdays and open every other day.  Orders and Emails will only be processed on open days.

If you perceive an item to be faulty upon its arrival, do not use or wear the item as this will void its ability to be returned. Please contact our admin team with evidence of any perceived fault and follow steps for a normal return. You will then be refunded the full amount of the item and postage costs incurred.  *This does not include any tax charges incurred from shipping overseas orders.

Gift Cards-

Partially used gift cards can not be refunded. Please Contact hello@zenmini.co.uk if you would like a refund on a un-used gift card.

Exchanges-

Please note: We do not offer exchanges, only refunds within the specified time period. This is due to the handmade production and limited stock of each garment which means that we cannot always guarantee a size or colour will be available when we receive your return. Please see above for return details.


Shipping

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force Worldwide to ship our orders out. Orders are shipped Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday each week. Zen Mini aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days

 We have a £5 flat fee for customers within the UK and a £14 flat fee for international customers. 

Unfortunately, Zen Mini are unable to make amendments to orders once they have been placed. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.

Overseas Orders-

For purchases outside the UK, you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.  Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.  

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise their own shipping insurance. We do not cover insurance, duty or taxes in the shipping component that is paid during checkout. 


Sizing

All of our Clothing items are true to size based on an average sized baby. We recommend choosing the size closest to your baby’s age or sizing up if in doubt.

All of our Baltic Amber items are based on an average sized baby. If you require an unusual size or one off design which is not offered on our website please feel free to contact us at hello@zenmini.co.uk for a one off commission and quote. Please be aware commissions will take longer as they will be made to order.
